Liquid was observed filled above the piping of the 15,000 gallon (north) diesel sump. According to <br /> the technician on site, liquid was located in the interstitial space of the 15,000 gallon (north) diesel UST. <br /> If water could enter into the secondary containment by precipitation or infiltration, it must be removed <br /> and disposed of properly. Immediately remove this liquid, make a hazardous waste determination per <br /> Title 22 hazardous waste regulations, and manage it accordingly.
