Contact the local fire department and San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District for <br />any applicable permits. <br />2. Any changes shall be submitted to this office for approval prior to commencing work. All <br />new addenda supercede the previous ones. <br />3. At least one person who holds a current International Code Council (ICC) UST Service <br />Technician certification and manufacturers' certificate of training for all components <br />installed or tested must be onsite when work is performed. <br />4. Each person installing or testing any component must hold a certificate of training from the <br />manufacturer of that component. <br />5. Contact EHD for the following inspections at least 48 hours in advance: <br />a. Testing of new annular sensor <br />b. 24 hour or equivalent lake test on repaired piping sump <br />6. Complete and submit a copy of a UST Installation Certificate of Compliance (Former Form <br />C) for the tank no later than 30 days after work is completed. <br />7.
