As a result we have rescheduled the vacuum test on the annular <br />space of the two (2) underground storage tanks for Thursday, March 15 @ 0900 hrs. Per <br />our agreement during the meeting here on March 1, 2001, either you or someone from <br />your office will be on-site that day to witness the tests. <br />As an additional point of information we completed the process of pumping the water out <br />of the annular space last Friday, March 2, and then went back Monday, March 5, to see if <br />there was anymore that could be pumped out after the weekend and there was none.
