Supt <br />During your inspection of our underground storage tanks (UST) at the Sail on October 21, <br />2000, you noted six (6) items to be corrected. At this point in time the following action <br />has been taken: <br />Item 1— A & B Forms <br />These are complete and originals are attached hereto. <br />Item 2 — Financial Responsibility <br />I faxed the forms to Richard Pietz, S.J. Co., Risk Manager, and it's my impression that he <br />will get that information together and forward it to you. <br />Item 3 — Written Monitoring Procedure <br />Complete and attached hereto. <br />Item 4 — Emergency Response Plan <br />Complete and attached hereto. <br />Item 5 — Monitoring Equipment Maintenance Program <br />Shall be done at least annually. <br />Item 6 — Spill Buckets <br />We are continuing to work on this item and I'll inform you when it has been completed. <br />If you have any questions or comments please feel free to call me at 465-4637. <br />Attach. <br />CC: Capt.
