I SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY and delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney, <br /> 2 Environmental Prosecutions Unit, ON OR BEFORE JANUARY 15,2014. <br /> 3 7. Defendants shall pay to Plaintiff the sum of SEVENTEEN THOUSAND TWO <br /> 4 HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($17,250.00), as and for civil penalties,pursuant to Health and <br /> 5 Safety Code §25299. Said payment shall be made payable to the SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> 6 ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT- ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DIVISION <br /> 7 TRUST. Said payments shall be delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney, <br /> 8 Environmental Prosecutions Unit,ON OR BEFORE JANUARY 15, 2013. <br /> 9 8. Defendant shall pay to Plaintiff the sum of FIVE THOUSAND THIRTY-ONE DOLLARS <br /> 10 ($5,031.00), for partial cost of investigation incurred by the San Joaquin County Environmental <br /> 11 Health Department. Said payments shall be made payable to the SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> 12 ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT and delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of <br /> 13 the District Attorney, Environmental Prosecutions Unit, ON OR BEFORE JANUARY 15, 2012. <br /> 14 9. Defendant shall additionally pay to Plaintiff the sum of FOUR THOUSAND ONE <br /> 15 HUNDRED DOLLARS ($4,100.00), for partial cost of investigation and suit incurred by the San <br /> 16 Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney. Said payment shall be due and payable to and <br /> 17 delivered to the SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY OFFICE OF THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY, <br /> 18 ENVIRONMENTAL PROSECUTIONS UNIT, ON OR BEFORE JANUARY 15,2012. <br /> 19 10. Defendant is responsible for the uniform fee for filing the first paper in a civil action or <br /> 20 proceeding in the Superior Court. The amount of the filing fee is THREE HUNDRED FIFTY-FIVE <br /> 21 DOLLARS ($355.00). Said payment shall be made payable to the SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> 22 SUPERIOR COURT and delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney, <br /> 23 Environmental Prosecutions Unit, at the time of signing. <br /> 24 11. This Judgment shall go into effect immediately upon entry hereof.
