West turbine system is not in use. Check valve is turned closed to isolate piping and turbine <br />from entire UST system. <br />- There is a 3 hrspwr West Diesel turbine that supplies fuel to the Auto Side. <br />- Each AST has one turbine but no leak detector. <br />- Verified functionality on the AST transition sump liquid detector sensor. Did not verify functionality any <br />AST sensors: overfill probes and annulars. <br />ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br />THIS FACILITY IS SUBJECT TO REINSPECTION AT ANY TIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br />EHD I or: <br />Received By: <br />EHD 23-02-003 Rev 07/12/11 CONTI UATION FORM <br />
