<br />As used herein, the following terms shall have the indicated meanings:
<br />(A) "DOCUMENT" and/or "DOCUMENTS" as used herein is intended to have the
<br />broadest possible meaning and encompasses without limitation the definitions of
<br />EVIDENCE and WRITING as set forth in Evidence Code §§ 140 and 250, respectively,
<br />and includes the original or comply, and both sides thereof, of handwriting,
<br />typewriting, printing, photostating, photographing, and every other means of
<br />recording upon any tangible thing, any form of communication and representation,
<br />including letters, drafts, words, pictures, sounds and symbols or combinations
<br />thereof, wherever located, which shall include, but not be limited to, books,
<br />contracts, correspondence, voicemail messages, computer tape reels, computer hard
<br />disks and floppy disks, electronic mail, computer software, computer printouts
<br />and key punch cards, memoranda, diaries, notebooks, reports, telegraphic
<br />communications, pleadings and other legal papers, notes, telexes, telegrams,
<br />factual compilations, data compilations, journals, ledgers, invoices, minute,
<br />photographs, telephone records, and transcriptions. This definition shall apply
<br />to all documents on the particular subject in the possession, custody or control
<br />of deponent, and any agent or representative of deponent, irrespective of who
<br />prepared, generated, transmitted, received or assigned the documents.
<br />(B) "YOU" and "YOUR" as used herein means the deponent, San Joaquin County
<br />Environmental Health Department, and any person acting on it's behalf, including
<br />but not limited to it's agents, employees, attorneys, accountant, investigators,
<br />partners, representatives and insurance companies.
<br />Documents to be identified and produced:
<br />1. Any and all DOCUMENTS which REFER to or RELATE to the certain real property
<br />called TRACY TRUCK & AUTO STOP, located at 3940 NORTH TRACY BOULEVARD, TRACY,
<br />CALIFORNA 95304.
