MUTTEN 140NITORING PROCEDURaft <br /> UNDERGRA16 STORAGE TANK MONITORINGWROGRAM <br /> This monitoring program must be kept at the UST location at all times. The information on this monitoring <br /> Program are conditions of the operating permit. The perrnit holder must notify San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Division,phone(209)468-3420 within 30 days of any changes to the monitoring <br /> Procedures,unless required to obtain approval before making the change. <br /> Required by Sections 2632(d)and 2641(h)CCR. <br /> Facility Name Chevron#208118 <br /> Facility Address 3355 Hammer Lane, Stockton, CA 95212 <br /> 1 If an unauthorized release occurs, how will the hazardous substance be <br /> cleaned up? Note: If the released hazardous substances reach the <br /> environment, increase the fire or Explosion hazard, are not cleaned up from <br /> the secondary containment within 8 hours, or deteriorate the secondary <br /> containment, the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Division must be <br /> notified within 24 hours: <br /> For small gills, the station will maintain absorbent material. <br /> For larger spills, the station will contact Chevron Maintenance to <br /> Dispatch an authorized clean up contractor. <br /> 2. Describe the proposed methods and equipment to be used for removing and <br /> properly disposing of any hazardous substances. <br /> Chevron will contract an authorized clean up contractor to transport <br /> to a State approved disposal facility. <br /> 3. Describe the location and availability of the required clean up equipment in <br /> item 2 above. <br /> Absorbent material will be kept on site in state approved hazardous <br /> material container supplied by Safety-Kieen. <br /> Reporting format for monitoring: <br /> 4. Describe the maintenance schedule for the clean up equipment. <br /> All absorbent material (new & used) will be in!p22124_A2!tkly and <br /> documented using the spill materia!l2g. <br /> 5.
