Hammer Ln. Stockton, CA 95219 <br />Program: UST <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR -Notice to Comply) <br />310. Approximately one cup of liquid was observed in the 91 stp sump. If water could enter into the <br />secondary containment by precipitation or infiltration, it must be removed and disposed of properly. <br />Ensure that the secondary containment portion of the UST system is maintained free of liquid. During <br />the inspection, the technician removed the liquid and placed it into the hazardous waste drum on site. <br />204. The designated operator failed to check and note the correct test dates for the monitoring system <br />certification, spill container, and leak detector testing on the July 2013 through June 2014 designated <br />operator monthly inspection reports. The date was listed as 6-13-13. It should have been listed as <br />6-20-13. During the monthly inspection, the designated operator shall check that all required testing and <br />maintenance for the UST system have been completed and document the dates they were done. <br />Ensure that designated operators performing monthly inspections at this facility are including all of the <br />required information on the reports. <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form with a statement of how <br />each violation was corrected, including supporting documentation, by July 20, 2014. <br />Note: Facility operators are required to upload the following UST program documents into the <br />California Environmental Reporting System (CERS): UST Monitoring Site Plan, UST Certification of <br />Financial Responsibility, UST Response Plan, UST Owner/Operator: Written Agreement (if applicable), <br />UST Letter from Chief Financial Officer, and Owner Statement of Designated UST Operator <br />Compliance.
