Geosyntec c <br /> COIISt111�11HS <br /> 7. SCHEDULE AND REPORTING <br /> Geosyntec will prepare an Extraction Well Installation Report following completion of the field <br /> activities. The Report will include the following: <br /> • A description of the field activities and any deviations from the Work Plan; <br /> • Completed well installation diagrams, survey results, and boring logs; <br /> • Copies of laboratory analytical reports from step-test sampling and a discussion of the <br /> analytical results; <br /> • Step-test data analysis, including estimated specific capacity, well efficiency, and aquifer <br /> properties based on the results; and <br /> • Conclusions and recommendations. <br /> Fieldwork is scheduled to start on January 7, 2019, pending approval of this Work Plan by the <br /> CVRWQCB and approval of San Joaquin County drilling permits. The Extraction Well <br /> Installation Report will be completed and submitted to the CVRWQCB within 90 days following <br /> completion of field work. <br /> Extraction Well Installation Work Plan 12 November 30,2018 <br />
