PHSIEHD has the following comments for your consideration. <br /> idu <br /> The work plan proposed the drilling and sampling of three soil borings ° urther of the soil investigate <br /> boringres 1 a soil <br /> contamination documented during the May 18, 1994 over excavation. at <br /> drilled vertically to a total depth oip fr20 f ei 1 Sao samples will feet. The lrd soil boring will be be collected every five feet for a 45 <br /> degree angle to a total vertical depth <br /> geological description. A minimum of two soil samples will be collected from each borehole for laboratory <br /> analysis. <br /> il borings should investigate theextent <br /> described in the <br /> d Eon based <br /> PHS/EHD concurs that the proposed sofor BTEX,TPH-g <br /> on available information. In addition to the analysis <br /> workplan, PHS/EHD suggests that contaminant leachability testing be performed (WET or TCLP) on <br /> some samples. Once the extent of contamination has been determined it may be necessary to develop a <br /> remedial action plan. <br /> Please submit the S89 fee for the drilling soil boring permit application submitted. Field work may <br /> commence upon issuance of the drilling permit.
