Figure 1. Site structures and <br /> monitoring well destruction locations are depicted.in Figure 2. <br /> INTRODUCTION/BACKGROUND. <br /> Ground water monitoring wells MW=1 through MW-6 were previously installed at the site as part <br /> of a leaking underground storage tank(UST)investigation.Wells MW-1 through MW-5 were single- <br /> completed at the site with 2-inch diameter PVC casing to depths of 25 feet below surface grade <br /> (bsg);well MW-6 was single=completed at the site with 24nch diameter,PVC casing to a depth of t <br /> 60.feet bsg. <br /> PROCEDURES <br /> On 02 February 2010, a total of six (6)ground water monitoring wells were destroyed at,the site <br /> under San Joaquin County Environmental HealthDepartment (EHD). well destruction permit <br /> (Appendix A).
