Soil samples I were collected beneath each tank at 9 feet in depth. 02/03/92 Environmental Health Division (EHD) received the soil sample results, which showed contamination. An unauthorized release form and a Prop 65 notification were filed. 08/29/94 Site was placed in LOP. 1215-9194 Seven soil borings were drilled. Monitoring wells were installed in three of the borings, with well screens in MW1 and MW3 (7'-17') and MW2 (7'- 20'). 03/10/95 Date of Environmental Assessment Report of December 1994 work: Soil contamination shown in B1 and B2. Groundwater contamination in grab B2 samples from , B3 and B5. 0519195 Date of Work Plan for Supplemental Groundwater Investigation. 04/15/96 Six soil borings drilled down gradient and off site. 05/06/96 Date of Soil and Groundwater Problem Assessment Report. Soil samples and grab groundwater samples are non detect. Report recommends installing a down gradient well. 04/03/97 Date-of Work plan for installation of off site down gradient monitoring well. 07/29/97 Monitoring well 4 installed down gradient and off site with a screen interval of 5 to 20 feet. Soil boring B-5-3 drilled to 15 feet depth on site. , 02/24/98 Date of Additional Problem Assessment Investigation and Request For Site Closure Report covering July 1997 work. Analytical results of soil samples from B-5-3 at 15 feet and MW4 at 17.5 feet were non detect. Report recommends excavation of UST area. 05/13/98 EHD letter requesting work plan for soil excavation proposed and a well survey. 07/29/98 Date of Soil Removal Work Plan. 08/26/98 EHD approved the Soil Removal Work Plan with the condition that MW1 be destroyed. 04/28/99 MW1 was destroyed under EHD permit and inspection.
