i Chronology for 60 Tenth, Tracy Page'2 i 4129-613199 Excavation of contaminated soil from former UST area. 5300 gallons of contaminated water was pumped from the excavation into a 6900-gallon tank. The contaminated water was filtered through a 55-gallon drum of carbon into another holding tank. The holding tank water was analyzed 5127199 and the results were non detect so the City of Tracy allowed the water to be discharged to the sewer. 05/13/99 EHD was provided the lab results of the soil samples from the excavation. High concentrations of contamination remain in place. 07/19/99 Date of report of wells within a 2000 feet radius of the site. 07/23/99 EHD letter requesting a report of the excavation work and additional well survey information. 11/01199 Date of Quarterly report with tables of UST area excavation sampling and If mass calculations of contamination removed and remaining. 12/20/99 EHD letter requesting a work plan to define the vertical extent of the contamination at the site. 12/24/99 Date EHD received an explanatory letter from Wright Environmental dated 1018199 and attachments of manifests for disposal of 170 cubic yards of soil, holding tank water sample results and well logs from some of the wells identified in the well survey. 03/07/00 Date of Work Plan for Additional Investigation. 07/27/00 Boring B14 drilled to 32 feet depth next to former UST area. Soil and groundwater-samples collected. 09/04/00 Date of Report of Exploratory Boring drilled 7127100. Five soil samples and 2 groundwater samples analyzed. Low levels of soil contamination above 20 feet in depth. Highest groundwater contamination in 16 to 20 feet sample.
