The plan is a proposal to extract vapors <br /> from the'soil which has been contaminated due'to unauthorized releases from the <br /> 4 UST's which were located on the property and destroy the vapors by a thermal <br /> oxidation process. <br /> PHS/EHD has made a tentative determination that the plan is incompliance with <br /> California Health & Safety Code Chapter 6.7, Section 25299.37 and California Code of_ <br /> Regulations Corrective Action Requirements, andthat the resultant work will not create <br /> significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed the benefits to be gained from r <br /> cleanup of the contamination. <br /> The remediation plan is available for public review at PHSIEHD, 304 E.
