A feasibility i <br /> study for remedial alternatives is to be submitted to PHS/EHD. <br /> 392 S. MOFFAT, MANTECA <br /> Installation of three monitoring wells has been approved. The well permit application and permit <br /> fees must be submitted. Once the permits are issued, the well installation can be scheduled. <br /> Once the monitoring wells have been installed, quarterly monitoring, groundwater sampling and <br /> reporting must be initiated. The report of the monitoring well installation should include the <br /> results of the well survey that has also.been approved. <br /> 222 E.WEBER, STOCKTON <br /> A groundwater investigation must be conducted. A work plan to investigate contaminant impact <br /> Q 2000.
