lie <br /> 2 2 3 Waste Disposal <br /> Waste soil generated during the drilling operations was contained in four 55-gallon drums The <br /> drums of soil were labeled and temporarily stored on-site pending waste profiling and proper <br /> disposal Based on the analytical results of previous soil sampling at the site, the waste soil was <br /> profiled as non-hazardous waste On December 24, 1998, Ramage Environmental transported <br /> the four drums of waste soil under a non-hazardous waste manifest to Forward, Incorporated <br /> Landfill in Manteca, California According to the Forward Landfill weight ticket, 2,540 pounds of <br /> waste soil in drums was accepted and disposed The waste profile form, landfill acceptance <br /> letter, non-hazardous waste manifest and weight ticket are included in Appendix E <br /> Waste liquid from equipment decontamination and well purging was contained in three 55-gallon <br /> drums The drums were labeled and temporarily stored on-site pending waste profiling and <br /> proper disposal Based on the analytical results of the groundwater monitoring well samples, the <br /> waste liquid was profiled as "oily water" On January 14, 1999, Ramos Environmental transported <br /> approximately 140 gallons of wastewater as a non-RCRA hazardous waste liquid to their recycling <br /> facility in West Sacramento, California The waste profile form and hazardous waste manifest are <br /> included in Appendix E <br /> i <br /> I <br />
