We have, however, followed the Appendix A - <br /> Reports guidelines with respect to summarizing previous studies, tabulation of analytical <br /> results, mapping recommendations and other items. For consistency and comparative <br /> f..: purposes, our reports previously prepared for the property (itemized in italics in preceding <br /> section) can generally be considered equivalent to those reports typically completed unr'er <br /> Appendix A-Reports guidelines prior to issuance of a PAR, <br /> e-e <br /> E - <br /> Site Assessment Protocol <br /> # Subsurface soil borings during site characterization were accomplished with a truck-mounted <br /> Mobile B-53 drilling rig equipped with six-inch-diameter hollow stem augers; ground water <br /> monitoring wells were installed with a truck-mounted Mobile B-57 drilling rig equipped with <br /> ten-inch-diameter hollow stem augers. The exploratory soil borings were completed under <br /> -SJCPIiS Permit Nos. 90-1782 & 90-2149, and the ground water monitoring wells were <br /> installed under Permit No. 91-2243. A fourth permit issued for monitoring well construc.cion, <br /> No.90-3334,was not used,as Mr. Quaresma did not wish to retain the services of WESTER, <br /> the driller for which the unused permit had been issued.
