Provide training documentation to the San Joaquin <br />County Environmental Health Department (EHD) within 30 days. The documentation must include a list of training <br />topics, date of training, job title, name of employee, written job description (qualifications and duties), and employee <br />signed (or certified) record that documents the training. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />303 <br />CCR 66265.33 Failed to maintain all communication or alarm systems, spill control, or decontamination equipment. <br />OBSERVATION: The following eyewashes were observed expired: <br />-Eyewash SCE22 with an expiration date of 1/2020 <br />-Eyewash SCE 13 with an expiration date of 6/2019 <br />-Eyewash SCE 18 with an expiration date of 1/2020 <br />-Eyewash SCE11 with an expiration date of 12/2018 <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: All facility communications or alarm systems, fire protection equipment, spill control <br />equipment, and decontamination equipment, where required, shall be tested and maintained as necessary to assure <br />its proper operation in time of emergency. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Bring the eyewashes into proper working order by repair, replacement or testing.
