7-Eleven/Stockton 14
August 1989
- The results of the laboratory analyses of the groundwater
samples for this reporting period are summarized in Table 2
(Appendix A) . The laboratory reports and method detection limits
(MDL) for the BTEX and TPH-as-gasoline analyses performed are
presented in Appendix C.
Maps depicting the distribution of dissolved hydrocarbons in
the groundwater, based on laboratory results from monitoring and
pumping well samples, are presented in Figures 7, 8, and 9. The
w distribution of detectable dissolved-hydrocarbons in the wells
sampled was confined to MW-1, PW-1, and PW-3.
Samples collected from MW-1 contained detectable levels of
r.y
dissolved hydrocarbons in all sampling rounds. Concentrations of
TPH-as-gasoline in MW-1 ranged from 770 to 1600 parts per billion
(ppb) . Samples collected from PW-1 and PW-3 contained levels of
dissolved hydrocarbons in more than one sampling round. Concen-
trations of TPH-as-gasoline in PW-1 were detected in the final
= two sampling rounds in this reporting period. Concentrations of
a TPH-as-gasoline in PW-3 were detected in the final four sampling
rounds. The maximum concentration reported in these wells was
110 ppb in PW-3 on May 15, 1989- All other monitoring and
pumping wells contained non-detectable levels of dissolved hydro-
;
carbons in all six sampling rounds. Therefore, the dissolved-
hydrocarbon plume beneath the site has not migrated significantly
during this reporting period.
- " Results of laboratory analyses of groundwater samples
- collected from the surrounding domestic wells indicate no detec-
table levels of hydrocarbons in all sampling rounds. During past
reporting periods, sporadic unconfirmed occurrences of detectable
dissolved hydrocarbons have been reported. A tabulation of
