r
7-Eleven/Stockton ]9
August 1989
Domestic Wells
Well Y.D. Sampling Freguency
TMG Monthly
1912 Monthly
1927 Monthly
8968 Monthly
9160 Monthly
9140 Quarterly
9156 Quarterly
9159 Quarterly
9167 Quarterly
During this reporting period five monitoring wells were not
p available for groundwater monitoring and sampling. Prolonged
r regional drought conditions have caused groundwater; levels to
' decline sharply. As a result, MW-2, MW-3 and MW-4 have gone dry.
Monitoring well MW-6 is no longer in service, since it was
-.r abandoned in September 1986 due to the reconstruction of Thornton
Road. MW-12 is also no longer available, because a stuck pump
has obstructed it since January 1987.
REMEDIATION SYSTEMS
E ;
cue
The remediation systems currently operating at the site
? ' consist of a groundwater-extraction system and a soil-vent
system. The groundwater-extraction system consists of pumping
wells designed to depress the water table and remove free product
and an air stripper designed to treat the dissolved constituents
I ''
in the groundwater. The soil-vent system was installed to
control hydrocarbon vapors and to aid in reducing the adsorbed
contamination in the vadose-zone soils near the tank pit.
" cHrl.Ettul.Er -
' Li!!\nl r rr.t Int
