7-Eleve:;/Stockton
May 1990 28
Groundwater monitoring data have documented an increase of
the water table elevation by approximately 0.21 foot during this
reporting period. The groundwater gradient remains in an
- easterly direction, except in the areas within the capture zone
of the pumping well. The gradient was approximately 0.002 ft/ft
during the three month period.
The results of the groundwater sampling indicate that the
distribution of dissolved hydrocarbons
in the groundwater beneath
the site is concentrated near the former underground--tan),- and
pump-island.locations. The surrounding domestic walls did not
contain detectable levels of dissolved hydrocarbons during this
reporting period.
The remediation system operated by Groundwater Technology at
the site consists of a groundwater-extraction system.
Ground-
water was extracted from recovery well RW-1 at a rate Of
approximately 0.4 to 1.0 cpm.
CLOSURE
Groundwater Technology, Inc. is pleased to provide Southland
.o
Corporation with this P.. ect
-- '" 7 Quarterly Update Report.
