Telephone: (209)858-0101 <br /> Program Element: 1600-FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00052090 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THAT THERE WAS SOMEONE THROWING UP IN A PLASTIC BAG RIGHT BY THE <br /> PRODUCE. EMPLOYEES DID NOT DO OR SAY ANYTHING TO PATRON THAT WAS THROWING UP. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> I went to the facility and spoke to the Director, Front End Manager, and Loss Prevention who were all aware of the complaint <br /> prior to my visit. <br /> Director was made aware of"someone throwing up in the restroom"and let the Front End Manager know. <br /> Front End Manager went to the Women's restroom and asked the customer in the restroom if she was ok. <br /> The customer came out of the restroom, put on her mask and continued shopping. <br /> The restroom was cleaned and sanitized. <br /> Simultaneously,during the incident there was another customer that was"throwing up in a plastic bag by the produce" <br /> the store staff were unaware this situation, as they were addressing the customer throwing up in the restroom. <br /> During the incident of the"woman throwing up in the plastic bag by the produce"the Loss Prevention employee thought the <br /> situation was being handled by the Front End Manager and there was miscommunication as to which "throwing up"incident <br /> was being addressed. <br /> Per store facilitystaff there is a protocol for customers that are sick in the facility.
