(d) A minimum of one hundred (100) feet of street frontage is required for each monument sign. (e) Monument signs shall be allowed within the building setback area if the sign will not interfere with a driver' s line of sight and is located at least five (5) feet away from any actual or planned right-of-way line. In no case shall a monument sign be placed on a lot within a triangular area formed by the street property lines and/or edge of driveway and a line connecting them at points fifteen (15) feet from the intersection of the street lines and/or edge of driveway. Source: Ordinance No. 3262 . SECTION 9-3607 . FARM PRODUCE STANDS. Signs shall be. permitted for farm produce stands subject to the following limitations: (a) A total of three (3) signs are permitted. No single sign, whether freestanding or attached, may exceed twenty-four (24) square feet in area; (b) Up to two (2) of the allowable three (3) signs may be located off-site as long as the sign content is limited to the location of and direction to the produce stand and no sign is located within the public right-of-way. Further, no freestanding sign can be located further than one thousand (1000) feet in any direction from the produce stand, and the sign shall be constructed of wood, metal, or other permanent materials - no butcher paper or other temporary materials are permitted. Freestanding signs located near the produce stand shall not, in any way, affect the visibility of vehicles entering or leaving the stand driveway; (c) The top of any freestanding sign shall be no higher than fifteen (15) feet. If attached to a building, the top of the sign shall be no higher than twenty (20) feet. Further, no roof-mounted signs are permitted; (d) Decorative flags, banners, streamers, and other similar decorations are prohibited both on- and off-site; (e) Signs may not be artificially lit.
