Original system installed in 1971 and was added to in 1973 when an additional bedroom was added. Judy lived in the house at that time. No problems with system during life of it. GROUND WATER DEPTH AND TESTING According to the map of"Lines of Equal Depth to Water in Well" published in Spring 1991 by the San Joaquin County Flood Control and Water Conservation District,the depth to groundwater at this location is 140 feet. See Exhibit "A". A water sample was obtained from the well at 606 S. Reid Ave. at 07:00 P.M. on July 1, 2001. The sample was submitted to the laboratory and tested for the present of EDB (Ethylene Dibromide) and DBCP (Dibromochloropropane) and for Nitrate (NO3). A copy of the test results is contained as Exhibit`B". The results indicate that both substances tested for were non-detect and below the
