Stockton CA <br /> 5-13-86 Health District "permit to operate underground storage tanks" <br /> letter sent to owner, Byron Lang. -See Exhibit A) <br /> 5--21-86 Walter Orr, leasee of property , contacted Health District <br /> and stated he was losing 30 gallons/day from one of his UGST. <br /> 6-04-86 Ron Valinoti contacted owner Byron Lang and instructed him <br /> to run a precision test on the UGST as soon as possible and to contact <br /> him by 6-18-86 with action taken. <br /> 6-18--86 No contact received from Byron Lang. <br /> 6-26-86 Health District requested UGST inventory records from leasee <br /> of property , Mr. Orr. <br /> 7-03-86 Laurie Cotulla of the Health District discovered a discrepancy <br /> in the petroleum product present in the UGST and the petroleum product <br /> sold, during a facility inspection. <br /> 7-15--86 Health District sent letter to property owner, Mr. Lang, <br /> instructing him to bring UGST' s into compliance by 8-1-86 . Copies <br /> sent to SJ County District Attorney , Lisa Brown, and to leasee, Walter <br /> Orr. <br /> See Exhibit B) <br /> 8-06-86 Health District received "UGST Permanent Closure Plan" from <br /> Mr. Lang for 2 motor vehicle fuel tanks . Plan approved w/conditions . <br /> Owner instructed to also address 2 additional waste oil tanks on property . <br /> All 4 tanks to be removed by 8-31-86 . <br /> (See Exhibit C) <br /> 8-31-86 4 UGST not removed to date. <br /> 9-03--86 Ron Valinoti of Health District called owner Mr. Lang and <br /> left message to contact him immediately .
