All samples <br /> were "non-detectable" etroleum hydrocarbons , except Tank #1 sample <br /> had 15 ppm TPH ( total petroleum hydrocarbons) and Tank #2 had 3. 1 ppm <br /> TPH. Both are below state action levels . No further action required <br /> by the Health District at this time. <br /> (See Exhibit J) <br />
