Doug Wilson of Health <br /> District contacted Mr. Lang and instructed him to comply with closure <br /> plan and have tanks cut up for scrap under fire department approval . <br /> 9-14-87 Cap' t Monk of City of Stockton Fire Department called and <br /> stated all tanks have been removed. <br /> 11-05-87 Received so' 1 sample results from 4 tank removals. All samples <br /> were "non-detectable" etroleum hydrocarbons , except Tank #1 sample <br /> had 15 ppm TPH ( total petroleum hydrocarbons) and Tank #2 had 3. 1 ppm <br /> TPH. Both are below state action levels . No further action required <br /> by the Health District at this time. <br /> (See Exhibit J) <br />
