The 100-year Flood Elevation will be approximately one-foot above natural ground <br /> elevation. <br /> Escalon-Bellota Road has a variable existing right-of-way width and a planned right-of-way <br /> width of the same. y <br /> The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when parcels are developed. The fee is due <br /> and payable at the time of building permit application. <br /> The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when parcels are developed. <br /> The fee is due and payable prior to issuance of the building permit. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1.
