Any driveway that exceeds 150 feet in length from any public roadway shall be improved <br /> in accordance with the requirements of the Uniform Fire Code Section 10.207, San Joaquin <br /> County Standards F-la, F-lb and F-lc and the Farmington Fire District prior to issuance of <br /> the occupancy permit. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.5 and 9-1150.15) <br /> 5. Requirements for construction of improvements shall be noticed by a statement on the <br /> Parcel Map. <br /> (Subdivision Map Act Section 66411.1) <br /> 6. Parcels 1 and 2 shall contain a minimum of 1.00 acre net. <br /> (Development Title Table 9-310.3) <br /> 7. The project shall be served by a public water system conforming to the requirements of the <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental Health Division, the <br /> Department of Public Works and the Farmington Water Company. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1115.2) <br /> 8. Parcels 1 and 2 shall be served by public drainage facilities which discharge into a terminal <br /> drain. A drainage easement shall be provided along the northeast 15 feet of Parcel 2. <br /> 9. A 100-vear storm drainage study shall be performed to determine the extent of the grading <br /> and flooding on Parcels 1 and 2.
