Sasson : <br /> This letter is a follow up on the quarterly report that is <br /> done by Wallace-Kuhl and Associates on the above property. <br /> Since your phone conversation with Mr . Belesek a few months <br /> ago we were given the approval to do Bi-Annual testing of the <br /> three monitoring wells . <br /> Mr . Belesek informed me by phone today that he had spoke to <br /> you and that we were required to do the Quarterly Testing of <br /> the three monitoring wells . Also that there was a <br /> misunderstanding on what was required and why. <br /> I have been in the process of obtaining new bids for the <br /> continuation of the monitoring that was required by the State <br /> Water Resources Board as Wallace-Kuhl 's original contract <br /> expired . After reviewing the bids, I will be continuing with <br /> Wallaoe-Kuhl on a contract I signed June 7, 1995 . <br /> Therefore, there was no quarterly report for the first <br /> quarter of the year done by Wallace-Kuhl, and this letter is <br /> submitted as a report . I hope this will be acceptable by the <br /> S . J . County and you . A Quarterly test will be performed <br /> sometime next week per Mr . Belesek. <br /> If you have any questions concerning this letter, please let <br /> me know or contact Mr . Belesek; and also, I would like a <br /> reponse to this letter regarding your approval or <br /> disapproval .
