Other Requirements may also apply. These <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1115.4(e)) as <br /> follows: <br /> The agricultural well on Parcel #2 (east of Highway 26) needs a backflow <br /> prevention seal, the pit area around the well needs to be filled to grade with the <br /> soil. <br /> 2. Any abandoned septic systems on the parcels must be destroyed. Open, pump, <br /> and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or excavation under permit and inspection <br /> by the Environmental Health Division. (San Joaquin County Development Title <br /> Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4) <br /> 3. At the time of any new development a proper septic system must be installed. <br /> Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection <br /> by the Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> A Di%ision of San joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
