CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> MS-96-10 <br /> PAGE TWO <br /> 4. A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank <br /> system must be performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map. A review fee of <br /> $156.00 is required at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of <br /> San Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption <br /> rates of the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for on site <br /> waste water treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit <br /> fee of $78.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> 5. A soil suitability study indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage <br /> must be performed prior to acceptance of the application as required by Section <br /> 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Developmenffitl_ A ni oa mg study <br /> ew fee of$390.0 must be paid at time of submittal to E.H.D. <br /> 6. The existing private water must shall be tested for the chemical <br /> dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. <br /> Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State-approved laboratory. (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1115.7) <br /> 7. Any abandoned wells on site need to be destroyed under permit and inspection <br /> by the Environmental Health Division is required. (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title Section 9-1115.5(e)) <br /> 8. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health <br /> Division prior to occupancy. Should the number of non-resident individuals <br /> exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the number of service connections <br /> exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system under the provisions <br /> of California Code of Regulations, Title 22 will be required by the Environmental <br /> Health Division and San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1120.2 and <br /> 9-1115.9. <br /> 9. Install an approved backflow prevention device on the water supply system(s); <br /> Title 17, Section 7603, California Code of Regulations. <br /> 10. Refuse, garbage and other solid waste material (including abandoned vehicles) <br /> must be stored, removed and transported to an approved landfill in accordance <br /> with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, Section 5-2400. <br /> 11. Demolition of all dilapidated structure(s) and removal of all demolition material <br /> from premises to an approved landfill site is required in accordance with San <br /> Joaquin County Ordinance Code, Section 5-2401. <br />
