Tosch <br /> Civil Engineer <br /> CE# 14644 <br /> 1229 Goldenoak Way <br /> Stockton, CA 95209 <br /> Phone: (209)478-4606 <br /> San Joaquin County Local Health District <br /> Environmental Health Division <br /> Subject: Soil Suitability Study: (Parcel Map No. MS-96-10) <br /> Submitted for your review are the results of a Soil Suitability Study on the <br /> Jean-Loree Armanino Property located at 24600 East State Highway <br /> Route 26, Linden, CA 95236. <br /> Existing Septic Systems; <br /> Existing San Joaquin County records were reviewed for the area in the <br /> immediate vicinity of the subject property. <br /> One permit was found. This permit was for the property located at 24431 <br /> East State Highway Route 26. This was for a new installation which was <br /> installed September 24, 1993.No problems were recorded. <br /> Existing Use: <br /> There is one quonset but in good condition along with several dilapidated <br /> buildings scattered around the property. <br /> The lower portion at Parcel No. 2 adjacent to the Calaveras River is in <br /> walnuts. The remainder is in native grass. <br /> Percolation Tests: <br /> Two percolation tests were performed in conformance with the <br /> percolation tests procedures outlined in the"Manual Septic Tank <br /> Practice",published by the U.S. Department of Health, Education and <br /> Welfare and per requirements of the San Joaquin County Local Health <br /> District. <br /> -2- <br />
