States the eight <br /> 55-gallon barrels were left behind by previous tenant. Operator states that he does not intend on generating <br /> hazardous waste at this site, once the empty 55-gallon barrels are removed. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator shall keep a copy of each manifest signed in accordance <br /> with section 66262.23(a)for three years or until the generator receives a signed copy from the designated facility <br /> which received the waste. This signed copy shall be retained as a record for at least three years from the date the <br /> waste was accepted by the initial transporter. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Provide a copy of disposal records from August 2019- May 11th, 2020 for all hazardous <br /> waste including used oil. Provide these records and a corrective action statement to the EHD within 30 days. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 113 HSC 25160.2(b)(3) Failed to keep copies of consolidated manifesting receipts for three years. <br /> OBSERVATION: The business operator could not provide hazardous waste disposal records from August 2019- <br /> May 11th, 2020 during the inspection. <br /> Note: Operator states that Eight 55-gallon barrels with used oil were pumped out on April 2020.
