(DISTRICT 4). <br /> APPLICANT: Henry Zeiter APNs: 086-660-21, 22 and 23 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated <br /> Flood Hazard Area. In addition, the existing San Joaquin County and City of Stockton Flood <br /> Insurance Studies, which delineate flood risks, floodplains, and floodway areas, are currently <br /> being reevaluated. The reevaluation is being conducted by the Federal Emergency <br /> Management Agency, Region IX, Building 105, Presidio of San Francisco, California 94219, <br /> telephone (415) 923-7186. The reevaluation may delineate additional flood risks. The official <br /> flood maps are available for review at the Department of Public Works, 1810 East Hazelton <br /> Avenue, Stockton. These flood maps will be updated when the reevaluation process is <br /> completed. <br /> Eight Mile Road has an existing right-of-way width of 82 feet and a planned right-of-way <br /> width of 84 feet. Chantel Lane has an existing right-of-way width of 50 feet and a planned <br /> right-of-way width of 50 feet. <br /> The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when parcels are developed. The fee is <br /> due and payable at the time of building permit application. <br /> The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when parcels are <br /> developed. The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. <br />
