All easements of record shall be shown on the Parcel Map. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-910.20) <br /> 3. Any driveway that exceeds 150 feet in length from any public roadway shall be <br /> improved in accordance with the requirements of the Uniform Fire Code Section <br /> 10.207, San Joaquin County Standards F-la, F-lb and F-lc and the Waterloo-Morada <br /> Fire District prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.5 and 9-1150.15) <br /> 4. The project shall be served by a public water system conforming to the requirements of <br /> the San Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental Health Division and the <br /> Department of Public Works. Encroachment Permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.2) <br /> 6. This development is subject to reapportionment under the San Joaquin Area Flood <br /> Control Agency Assessment District No. 96-1 (Flood Protection Restoration Project). <br /> An application requesting the reapportionment of the unpaid portion of the assessment, <br /> along with payment of the reapportionment fee, shall be provided prior to recording the <br /> Parcel Map. <br /> 7.
