The frontage improvements for Sowles Road shall be <br /> constructed in conformance with the standards for one-half <br /> of a fifty-foot right-of-way Rural Road. The construction <br /> of the frontage improvements will be deferred, upon <br /> execution by the owner of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway <br /> Improvement Agreement or a Secured Deferred Frontage and <br /> Roadway Improvement Agreement with a deposit equivalent to <br /> their estimated construction costs prior to approval of the <br /> Parcel Map. (A $260 . 00 fee currently is required for <br /> processing per Development Title Table 9-240 . 2 in addition <br /> ---to a--copy of the Grant Deed, legal descriptions of Parcels 2 <br /> and 4 and an estimate . The estimate and legal descriptions <br /> shall be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer with a <br /> typical section drawing on a form to be supplied by the <br /> Department of Public Works and submitted to the Department <br /> of Public Works for approval . As an option, the Department <br /> of Public Works will prepare the drawing with estimate for <br /> an additional fee of $115 . 00 . ) <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150 . 2 (d) (3) ) <br /> 3 . All easements of record shall be shown on the Parcel Map . <br /> (Development Title Section 9-910 . 20) <br /> 4 . Any driveway that exceeds 150 feet in length from any <br /> public roadway shall be improved in accordance with the <br /> requirements of the Uniform Fire Code Section 10 . 207, <br /> San Joaquin County Standards F-la, F-lb and F-lc and the <br /> Liberty Fire District prior to issuance of the occupancy <br /> permit . <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145 . 5 and 9-1150 . 15) <br /> 5 . Requirements for construction of improvements shall be <br /> noticed by a statement on the Parcel Map. <br /> (Subdivision Map Act Section 66411 . 1) <br /> 6 .
