The frontage improvements for Sowles Road shall be constructed in conformance with the standards for one-half of a fifty-foot right-of-way Rural Road. The construction of the frontage improvements will be deferred, upon execution by the owner of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement or a Secured Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement Agreement with a deposit equivalent to their estimated construction costs prior to approval of the Parcel Map.
