NOW CINDY SCOFIELD IS BACK AGAIN REQUESTING TO <br /> ADD HOMESITE PARCELS WITH FRONTAGE ON BENDER ROAD. THE <br /> COMMISSION MAY WISH TO NOTE THAT BEFORE 1992 THE LOT LINE OF THE <br /> +84 ACRES RAN NORTH AND SOUTH WITH A EAST +40 ACRES AND A WEST +40 <br /> ACRES. THIS COMMISSION CAN ANTICIPATE THAT IF THIS APPLICATION IS <br /> SUCCESSFUL CINDY SCOFIELD WILL FILE AN ADDITIONAL APPLICATION TO <br /> SUBDIVIDE THE NORTH PARCEL. THE COMMISSION SHOULD ALSO NOTE <br /> THAT IN 1988 APPLICANT SPLIT OFF A 3 ACRE HOMESITE FROM THIS <br /> ORIGINAL PARCEL WHICH HOMESITE IS ADJACENT TO AND SOUTH OF THE <br /> NEW REQUESTED HOMESITE.
