(DISTRICT 2). <br /> APPLICANT: Harold Peterson APN: 157-224-05 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. In <br /> addition,the existing San Joaquin County and City of Stockton Flood Insurance Studies, which delineate flood <br /> risks, floodplains, and floodway areas, are currently being reevaluated. The reevaluation is being conducted by <br /> the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Region IX, Building 105, Presidio of San Francisco, California <br /> 94219, telephone(415)923-7186. The reevaluation may delineate additional flood risks. The official flood <br /> maps are available for review at the Department of Public Works, 1810 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton. These <br /> flood maps will be updated when the reevaluation process is completed. <br /> Anteros Avenue and Hinkley Avenue have existing right-of-way widths of 50 feet and planned right-of-way <br /> widths of 50 feet. <br /> The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when parcels are developed. The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time of building permit application. <br /> The Water Supply Facilities Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when parcels are developed. The fee is due <br /> and payable prior to issuance of the building permit. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. A Parcel Map is required. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-915.2) <br />
