5 . Manteca Unified School District : <br /> A Mello-Roos Community Facilities District is required to be <br /> established. <br /> 6 . Manteca-Lathrop Community Rural Fire Protection District : <br /> a. The project is to conform to the requirements of the <br /> Uniform Fire Code , the Uniform Building Code , the National <br /> Fire Protection Code , if applicable , and the San Joaquin <br /> County Sprinkler Ordinance , if applicable . <br /> b. The subdivision shall be subject to the Fire Facility Fee <br /> Ordinance and Resolution when they are adopted by the San <br /> Joaquin County Board of Supervisors and the City of <br /> Lathrop. These fees are a necessary revenue source to <br /> mitigate the impacts of new development . <br /> 7 . Pacific Gas and Electric Company: <br /> Ten-foot-wide public utility easements shall be provided <br /> along all street frontages within the subdivision. <br /> NOTE: On September 13 , 1989 , the Lathrop City Council approved <br /> Major Subdivision Tract No. 2235 (SU-89-16) subject to the <br /> Conditions of Approval listed above . <br /> Conditions of Approval - 4 - (SU-89-16) <br />
