(AGE) has <br /> prepared this report for the destruction of nineteen wells at 2450 Toste Road, Tracy, <br /> California.The site location is depicted in Figure 1;site structures and formerwell locations <br /> are depicted in Figure 2. <br /> INTRODUCTION/BACKGROUND <br /> Seven single-completed, two-inch diameter, ground water monitoring wells (MW-1A, <br /> MW-113, and MW-3 through MW-7), one dual-completed ground water monitoring well <br /> (MW-2 A/B), and ten ozone injection wells (OW-1 through OW-10) had been installed on- <br /> and off-site as part of a subsurface investigation of the former underground storage tank <br /> (UST) area at 2450 Toste Roaa, Tracy, California. The total depths and screen intervals <br /> of the wells are summarized in Table 1. <br /> The monitoring wells were destroyed as outlined in the AGE-prepared, Well Destruction <br /> Work Plan, dated 07 May 2012. All wells were destroyed under San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department (EHD) boring permits, which have been included in <br /> Appendix A. Under EHD approval, monitoring well GLMW-3 was added to the destruction <br /> process as it had been inadvertently omitted from the approved Work Plan. <br /> PROCEDURES <br /> Well destruction activities were performed between 14 and 16 May 2012 by All Well <br /> Abandonment of Sacramento; California. Prior to commencement of well destruction <br /> activities each well casing was sounded with a Solinst water level meter to ensure that no <br /> obstructions were present in the casings.
