Active groundwater <br /> remediation should be evaluated with a comparison of the site to the. zone in1ection pilot <br /> study currently.in progress across Toste Road at Tracy Boat Sales". <br /> Preparation of a feasibility study for active groundwater remediation, which has been <br /> Tecommended by AGE in several previous quarterly reports, was approved by SJCfEHD in <br /> correspondence dated May 30, 2006, and was due for submittal no later than July 28 2006. <br /> It was again approved by SJCIEHD in correspondence dated September 27,2006 and was <br /> due for submittal no later than October 27, 2006. Please proceed with submittal of the <br /> overdue feasibility study. The study is now due for submittal no later than July 27, 2007. <br /> Failure to submit the overdue feasibility study by this date may result in referral of this site to <br /> the Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region (CVRWQCB)or the San <br /> Joaquin County District Attorneys Office for enforcement action.
