In the Report AGE recommends modifying <br /> the groundwater sampling program: <br /> A modification;to the groundwater sampling program at this site was approved by <br /> SJCIE,HO in correspondence dated May 30, 2006, The approved program is as follows: <br /> Quarterly groundwater monitoring and sampling of wells MW-1 A, MWA B, MW-7 and <br /> MW-4 must be completed;Quarterly monitoring combined with annual or semi-annual <br /> sampling of wells MW-2A; MW-213, MW-3, MIN-5, MW-6 and GLMW-3. SJC1EHl <br /> approves adding.MWAA and MW-7 to the annual or semi-annual schedule. <br /> A feasibility study evaluating remedial alternatives for the groundwater contamination <br /> remaining at this site was directed in the May 30, 2006 correspondence,and was due for <br /> submittal no later than July 28,2006. Submittal of the feasibility study.W.as-again directed <br /> in correspondences dated September 27;, 2006 and Tune 28, 2087, but at still has r at been <br /> received by this agency. <br /> Please proceed with submittal of the=overdue feasibility study. If the study is not <br /> submitted within 14 days of'the date of this letter, this site may be referred to the Regional <br /> Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region for enforcement action.
