(AGE}and has the following comments.
The Quarterly Report documents the groundwater monitoring and sampling event that took place
on April 25,2001. Analytical results were fairly consistent with historical trends at this site The
cone penetrometer test(CPT)report documents site fieldwork that took place on March 13,2001,
when two CPT borings were advanced to complete the investigation of the vertical extent of the
groundwater contamination. Four grab groundwater samples were collected from the two borings.
Boring CPT-1 was located near onsite monitoring well MW-4. Three grab groundwater samples
were collected at different depths from CPT-1. Analytical results were non-detect for all petroleum
hydrocarbon constituents. Boring CPT-2 was located near monitoring wells MW-1A, MW-1 B,and
MW 7. MW-1B is the well that has historically shown the highest levels of contamination at this
site.
