Copies of Contingency Plan and Quick Reference Guide - 40 CFR 262.262, 22 CCR <br />66264.52 <br />Copies of this contingency plan and all revisions to it are maintained at the Site and documented in <br />the Review Log in Section 5. <br />Copies of the updated plans are submitted to the local police department, the department, hospital, <br />and emergency response teams that maybe called upon to provide emergency services. A distribution <br />list with associated addresses is included in Appendix G. <br />Copies of this contingency plan have been submitted to the various local emergency response agencies. <br />This information has been provided to the agencies in order to familiarize them with the facility layout, <br />the properties of the hazardous waste and other materials handled, the location of working areas, <br />access routes into and within the facility, the possible evacuation routes from the facility, and the r5-pes <br />of injury or illness that could result from releases of material at the facility. <br />Copies of this plan and all revisions are maintained in the main El I&S Office. <br />5.
