The mobile food unit currently contains an inactivate permit, which was confirmed when I asked to
speak to the owner. The owner is Candido Navarrette Hernandez, an operator who stated he began leasing the truck a few
days prior to my arrival. He stated having no form of identification on him,the truck is leased from another operator but
Candido was told the truck contained an active permit. I explained that the truck no longer contains an active permit but if he
wishes to operate the mobile food unit, he must come into the office to conduct a consultation inspection and pay for the
permit, if the mobile food unit passes. He states he will bring the mobile food unit into the office this week for a consultation
inspection, in the mean time the vehicle will seize operation until an official health permit can be obtained.
Mobile foodfacility seized operation.
Vendor provided an email for official inspection report to be sent.
The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and
Safety Code.If a reinspection is required, fees will be assessed at the current hourly rate.
Received by: Name and Title:
EH Specialist: VICTOR ACEVEDO Phone: (209)468-0337
FA0003928 C00051926 SCO04 05/11/2020
EHD 16-23 Rev.06/30/15 Page 1 of 1 Mobile Food Facility Complaint Inspection Report
1868 E.
