The following is an itemized list of hazardous waste violations that have not been <br /> addressed for HECTOR REYNOSO MOBILE SERVICE as of November20, 2019. <br /> Open violations from September 19, 2019 inspection <br /> Violation 9146 - Failed to train employees on waste handling and emergency procedures. <br /> OBSERVATIOR At the time of inspection, it could not be demonstrated (not necessarily documented) that <br /> employees who handle hazardous waste were properly trained. Hector Reynoso, Owner, stated that neither him nor <br /> his employees had been given hazardous waste training. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The business owner must ensure that all employees are thoroughly familiar with proper <br /> waste handling and emergency procedures, relevant to their responsibilities during normal facility operations and <br /> emergencies. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately obtain training and train your employees. Provide proof of training within 30 <br /> days to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) for employees whose responsibilities <br /> include hazardous waste. <br /> ,This violation was corrected ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): <br /> ❑ Supporting documents included <br /> Describe actions takers or will be taken to correct violation: IN dG.SS �-� <br /> 1VIn G i ICS QE <br /> I F601 <br /> ko-7_aEd0'U LQ <br /> ih22tylknj form. <br /> Violation #202 - Disposed or caused disposal of HW at an unauthorized point. <br /> OBSERVATION: Hector Reynosa, Owner, has a parts cleaning area where the waste flows directly into a drain <br /> located in the wash bay. In addition, heavy oily staining was observed in the wash bay and used oil was observed in <br /> the wash bay drains. The wash bay drains flow through an oil-water separator. Hazardous wastes shall be <br /> disposed of only by transportation to a permitted hazardous waste treatment, storage, and disposal facility (TSDF) <br /> or other authorized point. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: The disposal of any hazardous waste, or the,causing thereof, is prohibited when the <br /> disposal is at a facility which does not have a permit from the department issued pursuant to this chapter, or at any <br /> point which is not authorized according to this chapter. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately cease disposal of used oil in the wash bay and clean out the drains, <br /> downstream piping, and oil-water separator.
