FINDINGS <br /> Field observations noted during drilling and sampling activities and the results of laboratories <br /> analysis are discussed in the following sections <br /> 31 STRATIGRAPHY <br /> Tan, moist to dry silty clay was encountered from the surface to depths of approximately 5 feet bsg <br /> Silty clay with a gray color was encountered from a depth of approximately 5 to 10 sqAWPQiW feet <br /> bsg Gray silty sand occurred at depths between 10 and 15 feet bsg in boring 14 (MW-1) Silty, tan <br /> sand was encountered at 15 and 20 feet bsg in well MW-6 Silty clay was also encountered below <br /> 20 feet bsg in wells MW-1 and MW-2 Silty gray and tan clay were encountered in borings from a <br /> depth of 20 to 30 feet bsg, were soil was sampled A stratigraphic cross section of soils at the site <br /> is depicted in Figure 4 <br /> Organic vapors were not detected in soil samples collected from MW-2, MW-3, MW-5 or MW-6 <br /> using the PID Furthermore, no discernable discoloration or hydrocarbon odors were noted. Organic <br /> vapors were detected at 740 parts per million ppm (reported in milligrams per kilogram) and 10 <br /> ppm in samples collected from B 14 at depths of five and ten feet bsg <br /> 32 LABORATORY ANALYSIS OF SOIL SAMPLES <br /> ITPH-g was detected at concentrations of 980 ppm(reported as milligrams per kilogram)and 17 ppm <br /> . in soil samples collected from MW-1 at depths of 5 and 20 feet, respectively TPH-d was also <br /> detected in the 20 foot sample at 300 ppm Well MW-1 is located immediately north of the former <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental Inc <br />
