Scismic/Anchoring:
Tank anchorage is specifically designed for linear and crosslinked polyethylene tanks, and
consists of bolts or metal clips anchored to the concrete foundation pad, with cables running
between the clip and hold downs on the top of the tank These are designed by a civil/structural
engineering firm, and are purchased from the tank manufacturer, Snyder Industries or Poly
Processing Co. The system for the wastewater cone bottom tank is shown in the attached signed
and stamped drawings.
Seismic/Anchoring findings: The tanks as designed and operated, and the containment areas in which
they are located, are adequately anchored and are seismically sound.
Initials:
Leak `('est:
A leak test was conducted by filling the tanks with wastewater and inspecting for leaks. There
were no signs of leakage.
Tank Integrity_ .Based on the fact that the tanks are new (purchased in 2016) and have contained
waswwatcr without signs of leakage, the tanks have sufficient integrity for their intended use.
Initials -k"7
Tank Drawing:
1IIASa-14tL
(A
Facing
N E S W
Tank Uiameters: 11 ft 10 in, 4 ft and 4 ft
Tank height: 15 ft 3 in, 5 ft 7 in and 4 ft
Tank Gross Capacity 8285 gallons
California Tank Lines, Inc.
