El Dorado Street <br />Stockton, CA 95206 <br />Tank/system identification. <br />One 7400 gallon Cone Bottom tank, one 500 gallon and one 370 gallon flat <br />bottom, open top tanks, for storing and treating wastewater. The tanks are <br />installed in a containment area which is connected to two adjacent, empty <br />containment areas. In addition, there are three 370 gallon flat bottom, open top <br />tanks installed in a separate, contained and covered area, used for final <br />neutralization. The cone bottom tank operates on a flow-through basis (i.e. empty <br />essentially all of the time) and with an open 18" manway on top. All other tanks <br />are open top. Thus, while seismic wave sloshing may result in liquid spillage <br />within contained areas, it will not damage the tanks. <br />Date of inspections)/assessment: <br />The tanks and containment areas were inspected on October 10,2018. <br />The tank and containment assessment was completed on October 22, 2018. <br />This report consists ofpages. <br />1 certify under penalty of law that this document and all attachments were prepared under <br />my direction or supervision in accordance with a system designed to assure that qualified <br />personnel properly gather and evaluate the information submitted.
